Simple Steps To Follow After Printing Your NSS Appointment Letter
You must submit the appointment letter—which also includes the User Agency form—to the organization where you have been posted (user agency) in order for the letter to receive the approval of the HR Director, the Head of Organization, or the Head of Department.
Return to the NSS website when your letter has been approved, then select Regional Registration Appointment (right on the dashboard). There, you may make an appointment for your regional registration by selecting the day and time that work best for you. This is how offline registration works.
On the designated date and time, go to the regional zonal center (i.e., the NSS office in the area to which you were deployed) to register for their system. Be aware that you will need to sign your form and provide a valid national ID, a passport photo, and a school ID. Registration for public sector services will require an e-zwich card. Plan beforehand so that nothing unforeseen attempts to devour you.
Your Regional Acceptance Number (RAN) will be given to you upon registration. Reprint your appointment letter from the NSS website (with your RAN present this time). Make three (3) copies, and send one to your posting company and one to the NSS District office. Keep the last one for future reference.
How to Proceed If Your Institution Rejects You
All you have to do is ask the business for a release letter. Visit the NSS office later to be reposted. In case you are still not posted, go to the NSS office as well.
