Uncertainty of Kanye West trip to Russia. There is an atmosphere of confusion around the famous rapper Kanye West.
This has to do with his next move in business and entertainment in Russia.
Will it come off or not? The current contradicting sources of information are from Kanye’s associate, Ameer Sudan, and Kanye’s PR representative, Pierre Rougier.
>>>Uncertainty of Kanye West trip to Russia
Ameer Sudan spoke to BILLBOARD, saying Kanye is planning a trip to Moscow to perform at a Sunday service and possibly meet with President Vladimir Putin.
Sudan said he is together with Scott Balber in making arrangements. Scott Balber is a lawyer to Aras Agalarov and Emin Agaralov, Aras Agaralov’s son.
Aras Agaralov is an Azerbaijan-Russian billionaire real estate developer and a close associate of Putin. At the same time, Emin Agaralov is a famous musician in Russia and Azerbaijan.
Sudan claims that the trip to Russia will allow Kanye to make his first performance in Russia and collaboration with Emin Agaralov.
The Sunday Performance is supposed to be held at Crocus City Hall, or Luzhniki Olympic Complex. Putin will be the special guest. Collaboration with Emin will help Emin gain success in the U.S.
However, tensions between the U.S and Russia seem to affect West’s trip. As U.S state department has placed a level four “do not travel” advisory on Russia due to the ongoing Ukraine-Russia tensions, which NATO is of concern.
Amidst all these, Pierre Rougier says all these plans are “entirely fabricated and that they are a work of fiction or wishful thinking by this Russian people.”
Sudan or Balber have not responded or given public comment again, leaving an air of uncertainty as to whether Kanye West will genuinely make the trip or not.
