UHAS Fees and Funding for the Bachelor of Nursing Program: 2023–2024: The Bachelor of Nursing program is made to turn out competent, skilled nurses who will deliver top-notch medical care and services in clinics, hospitals, and the community.
By collaborating with other healthcare professionals, these nurses will also offer clients and their families emotional support.
The program’s goal is to develop a professional nurse who will provide nursing care and services under the supervision of senior professional nurses in clinical and community settings, with a focus on nursing operational research, which will help to provide data for the standard of nursing education and practice.
The UHAS Nursing program has improved the Diploma in the Nursing curriculum used by the nation’s nursing training schools. The Department of Nursing is one of the three divisions that make up the School of Nursing and Midwifery (SONAM). The Nursing department offers three different options for the Bachelor of the Nursing program: regular, sandwich, and top-up.
