Supreme Court judge Justice Samuel Marful-Sau passes on
A source reported to JoyNews that Justice Marful-Sau, a Supreme Court Justice, had died. He was 64 years old at the time.
Justice Marful-Sau was a member of the seven-member Supreme Court panel that decided on former President John Dramani Mahama’s 2020 Election Petition.
President Nana Akufo-Addo nominated him to the Court in 2018.
Marful-Sau was admitted to practice as a Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor in Ghana in 1984, and from August 1984 to July 1986, he worked as a prosecutor in the office of the Special Public Prosecutor.
He was appointed to the High Court in 2002 and to the Court of Appeal four years later, where he served until his appointment to the Supreme Court in 2018.
