Pulisic slices ball wide in jaw-dropping miss: With tonight’s game against Leicester hanging in the balance, Thomas Tuchel has removed Christian Pulisic off the pitch.
The Blues trailed 1-0 but fought back to tie the game at 1-1, with the greatest chance to go ahead falling to the USA international.
He fluffed it, and he appeared to be broken when he was brought off. All he had to do was roll it in when the ball was flashed across the goal to him. However, it appears that those opportunities are frequently the most difficult, and he didn’t connect as well as he would have liked.
It’s a Pulisic classic — every time he pushes his way into the lineup and contributes, he fluffs his lines and looks the worse for it not long after. What will he do this summer?

“It’s more than a chance. It should have been a goal. “In matches like this, you have to take these chances, otherwise you maybe let your opponents take the point, and you don’t get what you deserve. It’s like a broken record. It happens too often.”
