Agenda Seven
PRESEC-Legon won the opening game of the day, keeping alive its hopes of annexing the crown for the eighth time.
The devotion of the Tema guys, Chemu SHS, and the vim of the Mountain Boys from Nkwatia-Kwahu, St Peter’s SHS, could not deter PRESEC-Legon from edging closer to the dream of a third consecutive final.
PRESEC-Legon scored 50 points, followed by St Peter’s with 34 and Chemu with 21.
History
Any of the three finalist institutions will have the chance to record their names in the sands of time next Friday.
While KETASCO will attempt to join the list of first-time finalist winners, PRESEC will attempt to make it seven in order to preserve its record as the institution with the most wins, while Prempeh would like to make it five.
Prizes
All of the losing schools in the semi-finals received a monetary reward of GH10,000 apiece for their efforts.
The money will be shared between the contestants and the teachers who prepared them, with half going to the school and the other half going to the candidates and the professors who prepared them.
