Ghanaian French and English-speaking artist Abigail Mensah, better known as Naana Blu, has received three nominations for the Western Music Awards’ sixth edition (WMA).

Naana Blu’s ‘Nam Pa,’ produced by Dethompson Production, won the Highlife Song of the Year as well as the Best Music Video of the Year, while “Dream Boy,” produced by her record label mate Kyei Rocks, won the Reggae/Dancehall Song of the Year. Naana Blu has a new song out called ‘You Go Miss Me,’ which features Teephlow.
Naana Blu is the reigning Best New Artiste of the Year at the 5th Western Music Awards, which will be placed in 2021 at the Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi.
According to Efua Ampofoa, Westline Entertainment, the organizers of the Western Music Awards, published the list of nominees for the 6th edition of the award program on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Anaji Choicemart in Takoradi. This year’s iteration is set to take place on August 20th. The Western Music Awards were established to recognize and promote the hard work and devotion of musicians in the Western music business.
