Man allegedly killed his wife at Awutu Mankomeda: Officers from the Awutu Ofankor District Police Command have detained 57-year-old Gideon Tetteh for allegedly killing his wife after having sex with her.
The terrible event took place at Awutu Mankomeda in the Central Region’s Awutu Senya West District.
The deceased, Sabina Bonney, reportedly advised her husband to use a condom during the sexual session because they already have five children.
According to reports, the male insisted on having unprotected sex.
Sabina passed away as a result of escalating stress between the couple. Isaac Aidoo, the deceased’s brother, said in an interview with Adom News that the couple’s neighbors were not made aware of the occurrence until the deceased’s children were.
“I inquired about the incident with the neighbors, but they claimed not to have heard anything. They said that the kids told them that their mother was dead and laying on the ground,” he continued.
Her body was found tied with a rope and lying in a pool of blood.
Isaac continued, “The police were on the site to transport the deceased to the Police Hospital morgue in Accra.
