How To Access MoH portal Login: A COMPLETE SUMMARIZED FORMAT FOR MOH ONLINE RECRUITMENT.

To access the Ministry of Health online enlistment portal when is opened in 2023, applicants will need either their NMC PIN or INDEX NUMBER. To complete this process, use a computer or tablet.

NOTE: This portal is only for health professionals who have been granted financial clearance by the Ministry of Finance. Please note the following:

1. Without financial clearance, you cannot be placed on the government payroll.
2. Without financial clearance, you cannot create an account.
3. No one can help you acquire financial clearance under any circumstances.

Go to https://hr.moh.gov.gh/ then select Check Clearance, enter your PIN and FULL NAME, and then select Submit.

Following the system’s confirmation that you have been approved financially, you then click APPLY NOW to begin the application process by creating an account with your PIN, FULL NAME, EMAIL, and PASSWORD. The application procedure is then completed as follows;

1. AGENCY: – (please select your preferred agency being it; GHS, CHAG, TEACHING HOSPITALS, AHMADIYYA etc.)
2. PREFERRED REGION: – (please select the region you wish to be posted to)
3. CADRE: REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE/REGISTERED MIDWIFE/REGISTERED PUBLIC NURSE
4. PASSPORT PICTURE: – (please upload a scanned copy of White / Red background passport picture.
5. GRADE: – STAFF NURSE/MIDWIFE. Or NURSING OFFICER/MIDWIFERY OFFICER

3. REGION OF TRAINING INSTITUTION: – (select the region where the health training institution you completed is located. eg: Volta Region)
4. TOWN OF TRAINING INSTITUTION: – (input the name of the TOWN/CITY where the health training institution you completed is located. eg: HO)
5. DATE OF ENTRY: – (enter the date that you officially started your health training program, as indicated on your admission letter. e.g.: 13 August, 201)7
6. DATE OF COMPLETION: – (enter the date you completed your health training institution. For example: 17th JUNE, 2020)

PERMANENT REGISTRATION/REGISTRATION NUMBER

1. REGULATORY BODY: – (select “NURSING AND MIDWIFERY COUNCIL”)
2. REGISTRATION NUMBER: – (enter the number which reads, RGN12365…etc.)
3. DATE OF REGISTRATION: – (input the date you did the permanent registration/passed the licensure exams. e.g.: 28th July, 2020)
4.  PLEASE SUBMIT & SAVE YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION AND LOG OUT.
