Along with reaching the milestone of 100 million views on Youtube, Gyakie is also making a dazzling debut on a major billboard in New York City.
The singer wrote on her Facebook page, saying “100M Total views on YouTube plus a Major billboard at NYC for Black Voices. Thanks YouTube And Big Congrats to my fans all over. I love you!.”
The songbird was included in the YouTube Black Voices Fund Music Class 2023 earlier this month, joining nations such Jamaica, the United States, Nigeria, Australia, and Brazil.
The initiative intends to offer direct financial support to Black inventors, artists, composers, and producers so they may sustain their YouTube content and have a forum to express their ideas and experiences.
In addition to Gyakie, African artists Asake and BNXN from Nigeria and Kamo Mphela and Mashbeatz from South Africa made the list.
The “Forever” hitmaker has furthermore performed alongside foreign artists such as American R&B singer Usher and Nigerian “Baddo” Tiwa Savage.
Gyakie is also getting ready for the second edition of her “Party Live with Gyakie” Concert.
The singer announced on Facebook and invited her fans to the special occasion, which coincides with her 24th birthday.
