Ghana Vs Burkina Faso: The second semi-final match of the 2022 WAFU Zone B U-17 championship just ended at the cape coast stadium.
The game officiated by Togo’s Aklesso Gnama ended with Burkina Faso beating the host nation 1:0 via penalty thus qualifying them for the finals.
The Black Starlets came back from a 4-2 setback to Nigeria on the first day of the tournament by defeating Togo 3-0 in the second game and securing a place in the semi-finals.
Even though the Black Starlets dominated the game, they were unlucky since Burkina Faso appeared to have enough goals to advance to the next round of the competition with just one goal.
Ousmane Camara, the Burkinabes’ outstanding player, earned the team’s berth in the final stage of the competition where they will face Nigeria.
