UHAS students’ WhatsApp statuses have been inundated with condolences to Samuel Sackey Helaman, the former UHAS SRC Speaker of parliament.
Though the circs surrounding his death are hazy, our sources have been told he had been nauseous for three (3) weeks but had recently recovered and was even going out with relatives.
His condition suddenly worsened and he passed on yesterday, 8th June 2022.

Also, we have been told not confirmed ‘claimed’ he was a sickle cell sufferer who had not experienced any crises while at school.
The majority of people said they saw him the day before, looking healthy, and then came the dreadful news.
Samuel Sackey was the PASAG UHAS PRO, later PASAG UHAS vice president to Doh Redeemer, and then become the Speaker of parliament, UHAS SRC.
