Afro-pop musician and renowned Ghanaian chef Failatu Abdul-Razak, better known by her alias Jah Bless Faila, was born on November 7, 1978. She is a passionate supporter of women’s rights and a strong opponent of child trafficking. She is recognized for her unwavering determination and hard-working personality. She is a relentless go-getter who pursues her goals with dedication and passion.
The famous Business Senior School in Tamale served as the starting point for Failatu Abdul Razak’s academic career and greatly influenced her knack for entrepreneurship. Later, she enrolled in the University of Professional Studies (UDS) to study Integrated Community Development (ICD).
When Faila’s famous song “Piibu Piibu” was released in 2016, it caused a stir and quickly became a beloved tune among fans of the Afro-Pop genre. She performed music and participated in philanthropic endeavors, speaking out against war through her songs.
The husband of Faila is Lieutenant Reginald Ofosuhen Adjei, who serves in the Ghanaian military. Mr. Adjei and Faila tied the knot in a happy union on November 1, 2020.The renowned chef is a mother; they have a happy relationship, even though she prefers to keep facts about her child and their marital details under wraps.
She is the founder of Mickey’s Inn, a popular continental restaurant located in the central part of Tamale, the Northern Region’s capital. Since its establishment in 2017, Mickey’s Inn has developed into a delicious retreat, luring guests with its mouthwatering meals and cozy atmosphere.
