Best university in Ghana: According to the 2023 edition of the Global 2000 list by the Center for International University Rankings (CWUR), the University of Ghana is the top university in Ghana and the second-best in all of West Africa.
The university was ranked by the CWUR as being among the top 6.1% of universities of international standing. The University’s position as the greatest university in West Africa and the best in Ghana is further reinforced by this exceptional accolade.
Only the top 2000 colleges out of 20,531 worldwide were selected for the Global 2000 ranking after a rigorous assessment process by the CWUR.
