They will constantly be associated with all available players, but bringing in someone will be tough due to the fact that there are better teams with more money.
So, bringing in Eden Hazard for their first window would be fantastic. Hazard would have the ideal opportunity to raise his spirits and return to his former self in his beloved Premier League.
