Akufo-Addo has been named the African of the Year 2021 by Forbes magazine.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was chosen African of the Year in Forbes Africa magazine’s current edition, which was released on Friday, December 3, 2021.
“Ghana’s President, @NAkufoAddo, has reinvented Ghana in the global economy as a country relying on its own resources and strengths. Forbes Africa tweeted, “Get your copy of FORBES AFRICA and read an exclusive interview with #NanaAkufoAddo.”
President Akufo-Addo expressed his gratitude for the distinction in a statement to CNBC Africa.
He stated his case. “Thank you very much for acknowledging the job we’re doing in Ghana. I’m quite delighted that the African edition of the magazine chose me.”
