According to recent rumors, WhatsApp may incorporate in-app adverts in order to make cash.
However, WABetaInfo, a portal that tracks WhatsApp developments, has disproved the rumor and stated that no such plans exist at this time.
“Some websites are stating that WhatsApp would soon incorporate adverts, however, this is not true,” WABetaInfo claimed.
“…this is a basic status update sent to users to let them know about the newest news in the app,” it continued.
